My father-in-law was struggling with a serious infection and severe pain. Rain paid high attention to detail to ensure new changes in pain and shortness of breath were brought to the physician's attention. He provided D with respect and dignity in every action he did, knowing he was uncomfortable and vulnerable. Rain took the time to remember all of our names, and there were a lot of us in and out. He made sure we were well taken care of but that D was even more so cared for.

Rain had high compassion and was diligent to make sure pain and anxiety was controlled for my father-in-law. Furthermore, we asked a lot of questions regarding his care, treatment, plan, and results. Rain was very knowledgeable and professional. He took our concerns straight to the doctors, and always followed through to ensure we had all our questions answered. Rain was a light in a very dark time. While my father-in-law passed away, it was the best experience to know he was comfortable and left this earth with dignity. Without Rain as our nurse, I am not convinced we would have the same experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Rain! You make the world a better place.
