Raiza Ortega, RN-BSN

Raiza was one of my incredible night nurses two nights in a row. On the first night, the team was short-staffed, and there was not a PCA assigned to my room. Raiza was working hard and never complained. Unfortunately, I had a very explosive incident, and everything was a mess! My bed, the floor, the bathroom. I was mortified and kept apologizing. Raiza kept assuring me it happened often and that I was actually being helpful because I was cleaning myself up while she took care of the rest. She was kind, compassionate, and allowed me to keep my dignity. I was humbled. Raiza, thank you for taking such good care of me and being one of God’s many blessings in my life. God placed you here for just such a time as this. I appreciate you more than you can know.
