Raizzah, from the time she walked in, she was so pleasant. She always explained everything she was doing to me. Always asked if I had any questions, which I always did. Raizzah was very helpful in tending to my needs. She never dismissed any of my concerns or questions. She always took her time to make sure I had everything I needed. Less lights, more blankets. When it came time to take me for tests, she explained everything to me, so I was not afraid. I would recommend Raizzah for the highest award you have. If I ever must come back, I’d love for her to be my nurse. KEEP HER – she’s wonderful, a true vision of a Florence Nightingale!
