From the moment she met Nurse Rajani the patient stated that she felt safe and in good hands. The patient was experiencing a lot of pain and was for scheduled chemotherapy treatment. The patient was feeling overwhelmed and in a lot of pain and Nurse Rajani was gentle, kind, and empathetic which made her feel that she could overcome all of the challenges that she was facing. The patient was so impressed with Nurse Rajani that she nominated her for the DAISY Award.
