I was very tired, I already shouted and I was sorry for that. One of the nurses came to insert IV, I know I always have a problem with my veins every time I am hospitalized, and it’s very difficult to find a good site for me. The nurses tried twice, but it all failed, and it was very painful. In my mind, I had already decided not to take IV medications, just to stay for a day and go home until this nurse came. She checked on my veins and selected the appropriate site telling me, that she would not insert until she found a good vein for me. She checked on my hands for more than 5 minutes, it was long to wait, but what I really liked about her doing it was that she gave me the assurance not to try inserting until she found a better vein for me. It was smooth, the pain and the feeling of being tired were replaced by that nurse’s performance. Thank you for this nurse; she deserves my thanks.
