Rakhi has treated everyone equally with respect and greetings despite the pressure she is under. She was always checking on everyone and motivating them to hold on throughout tough times. Her smile is always encouraging for work, she is a leader as she has always kept following up on the process continuity daily.
Rakhi has shown support to parents and young patients by her actions and words, and she has treated the young patients as she would treat her own kids and I have witnessed that multiple times. Communication skills are high as she made sure to inform everyone with all updates by delivering the information with clarity and kindness. I do believe that she is loyal towards her work as she has put in many late and extra hours without complaining and supporting the team around.
