Ralph went above and beyond escorting a patient downstairs to be discharged to the Ronald McDonald House. Ralph waited outside for 2 hours to ensure the patient's yellow cab arrived and that all the patient's belongings were placed into an additional yellow cab for discharge. The second yellow cab never arrived and therefore the IRU van was utilized for the patient's belongings. Ralph verbalized and communicated concerns to the social worker and care managers to ensure the patient was safely and appropriately discharged. Ralph goes above and beyond and is so deserving of this award for all of the hard work, patience, and care he gives to all his patients and families.
