Ralph was diligent in responding to his patient who had a vagal event that led to a code blue while the patient was out of bed. Ralph was prompt in recognizing the patient going into distress and requiring intervention immediately. The patient was successfully recovered in part due to the timely response of Ralph. My observation is that he performed all of his duties well and informed the patient's family as well as the rest of the care team of the events that took place.
