Rama recently demonstrated outstanding behavior toward environmental services. He went above and beyond helping me to pick up the trash that was not in his unit, but in hallways of the hospital. He easily moved heavy bags, helping me, being short already, and realized that it is hard work in the hospital to move trash in different places. My gratitude for Rama was/is enormous. He made me cry and realize that this St. Clare family member really cares about the people who surround him. Rama’s compassion for our hard work touched my heart, and I felt supported, loved, and encouraged by the thought that St Clare still has it all. I want Rama to be nominated as the best team player and biggest heart!

Rama is an Extraordinary Nurse. Rama is skillful, compassionate and kind. Rama takes excellent care of his patients. He goes above and beyond with hospital staff. Recently, EVS was very short-staffed. Rama helped collect all of the trash and push the garbage container. In addition, he made sure the patient’s room got ready for the next patient. He lifted a tired EVS employee up with his kindness. Rama is a great team player.
