Rama was our nurse for 2 of the 15 days we were at the hospital. Her ability to put our son at ease really stood out. She was so patient and able to connect with him. When our son needed the flu shot and had to be talked through removing a chest tube, Rama, without hesitation, offered to help with our son even though she was not our assigned nurse on those days. Rama is a very special person. You and all of us are lucky to have her!
