while all of the RNs have shown skillful professionalism, I owe particular debt of gratitude to my new friend Rami. When I was down his contagious smile gave me hope. when I was scared his optimism gave me courage. His ministering to my bodily and emotional needs distinguish him as far more than first a caregiver. Kaiser is most fortunate to have him in the CCU and I will long remember his generosity and kindness to me.
