I would like to commend Nurse Ramia Knox for the extraordinary care she provided during my 81-year-old father-in-law’s hospital stay, which is still ongoing.
Ramia has consistently demonstrated exceptional compassion, professionalism, and dedication. During one of the most difficult moments for our family – when we received heartbreaking news about my father-in-law’s diagnosis – she was present with us. Her calm presence, kindness, and quiet support meant more than words can express. She did not rush the moment or overlook our emotions: instead, she stood beside us with genuine empathy and humanity, helping us endure an incredibly painful experience.
Throughout my father-in-law’s care, Ramia has treated him with dignity, patience, and respect. She takes the time to listen carefully, explain his care clearly, and ensure his comfort and well-being at every step. Her attention to both medical detail and emotional support has made a meaningful difference in his hospital experience.
Because of Ramia’s outstanding care, my father feels safe and respected during a very vulnerable time, and our family feels reassured knowing he is in such capable hands. We are deeply grateful for her dedication.
