Ramil Thomas Salvador is very motivated and hardworking. Great engagement with staff and patients during rounds. Strong knowledge base mixed with great clinical skills. Has a calm demeanor and thinks things through before acting. He stepped into a managerial position without hesitation when there was a need to fill this position. One of the tasks allocated to him is scheduling and allocation of the staff. Feedback from the staff is that he is very approachable and accommodating when it comes to their requests and schedule amendments when needed.

An example of his exemplary skills is to step down immediately in the clinical areas when assistance is needed, especially during a code situation he supports the staff and the charge nurse without reluctance. Ramil is also known for his compassionate care of staff following code resuscitation in ER as this is a very distressing time. He ensures that all the staff have time to grieve and go over their concerns to ensure his team is emotionally stable to continue their duties.
