Wow! Where do I start? Mona was the nurse that stands out the most even when she wasn't assigned to me, she would stop by to see if I needed anything. If she saw my call light on, she went out of her way to stop in. She addressed the IV alarms, answered all of my questions, anticipated all of my needs. I've had many surgeries, rehab, etc. at many other facilities. Mona has by far the most efficient, caring, knowledgeable, great bedside manner I have ever encountered.
