Ramona is a wonderful nurse. She is compassionate, friendly, and professional. Ramona actually cares about her patients! I have had many surgeries and ER visits, but this is the first time my heart was involved and that was scary! Ramona came in, took her tests, and then that is when the magic happened. She is a healer, taking care of her patients no matter how bad you feel, Ramona always helps you feel better when she is in the room.

This young nurse took it upon herself to talk to the infectious disease doctor. She said, 'I'm going to help you get out of here'. She followed through - She said 'I'm going to take it upon myself to take care of things' - and she did!
