Ramona provided excellent care but beyond that, she took the time to bond with me and my mom to make sure we were comfortable and I was not scared. She did so much and I am so overwhelmed with her quality of care that I cannot express it in mere words. I was so injured and Ramona showed me a level of kindness and compassion that went above and beyond that of any nurse we have ever encountered.
My right hand was severely damaged so I am writing with my left hand and I feel like it's hard to convey the level of love and respect and kindness she showed me.
Two nights ago Ramona checked in on me and she wasn't even my nurse at that time. She brought me a necklace that she handmade, it is quartz which promotes healing. She told me to stay strong. She made me feel so loved, safe, comfortable, and even happy.
My family and I cannot express enough how amazing she is.
