Ramy Tardaguela, RN

I have been a patient at CRMC on several occasions in the last 5+ years due to some chronic medical issues. I was hospitalized recently and Nurse Ramy was my daytime nurse one day. He had the unfortunate situation of meeting me while not only was I in pain and hypertensive crisis, but I was worn down physically and emotionally. Mostly crying and desperately trying to advocate for myself but not feeling heard. However, Nurse Ramy handled the situation with compassion and a bedside manner that made me feel like he genuinely cared about my distress and worked to resolve/improve the situation. I feel like he advocated for me, expressed concern and honestly turned the situation into a working more positive one than when he first encountered me. Thank you for making a difference for me that day.
