I never thought I would receive such a unique treatment, empathy, and care that Rana provided me with.
Rana has been working in our hospital for 5 years. Throughout these years, she revealed great competence in all aspects of nursing care. She is highly conscientious and supportive of patients. She maintains a smile at all times. She worked in the COVID- 19 unit throughout the pandemic spread and provided her patients with holistic care. She was nominated for the DAISY Award by a patient in the COVID-19 Unit, for the extraordinary competency and psychological support she provided her throughout her hospital stay in an isolated unit.
