This is to express my profound thanks and appreciation to Ms. Randa Alsomaly for her efforts and support during my father's hospitalization. She kept following up on his case before and after discharge to ensure he is receiving the required care. Ms. Randa liaised with the right contacts (physicians, nurses, and admin staff) within JHAH to address all concerns. She even provided me with contact information of several labor offices to help recruit a personal assistant for my father.
