Randa is one of the friendliest nurses I have ever met. She always has a smile and her patients love her. I had a C-section patient transfered from Randa one morning. The patient was stable at the time, but by mid-afternoon, she started to hemorrhage and her blood pressure dropped. Randa heard that her patient from the morning was having difficulty and came upstairs to help. She calmed the patient and calmed the nerves of the family. She assisted the physician and provided needed information. Randa showed that not only is she a team player on her unit but she is also willing to go beyond her unit to provide excellent care to a patient.
