At a time of great difficulty for me and my family, I had the good fortune to be assigned this nurse. His competence and good-natured demeanor helped ease the burden of a serious health concern.
A price cannot be put on a person who helps address a critical issue on behalf of another person in a constructive and helpful manner while maintaining the ability to convey through action, “Yes, I know my job well,” while being approachable and making the patient at ease in his presence.
Randall was professional, courteous, and natural with everyone he interacted with while I was in his care. These attributes would serve him well in any endeavor he might choose.
My wife, who is a nurse, has some insight into the hurdles they must overcome in a career that at any time can be very difficult. This requires perseverance, dedication and resilience. Randall exemplifies every important quality and checks all the boxes that I could hope for if I have to choose a nurse to care for me or a loved one.
Normally, I don’t heap praise on individuals lightly, but this nurse demonstrated to me and my family all things that say he is a great nurse and a genuinely good person.
