Randall Edrosa has been an amazing asset to me. I had a patient who was newly transferred to the unit and Randall took the initiative in helping me care for the patient as the patient's health was deteriorating. We ended up coding the patient and Randall was all over the room doing compressions, hanging drips, and all the while asking what other tasks he could do to help. In fact, every night I have ever worked with him, he has asked what he can do to help other nurses despite his assignment. He is a great contributor to patient safety, bolsters the nursing environment and is an all around team player. Randall really cares about the patients and the nurses who care for them.
