When thinking of extraordinary service and always having a consistent focus on meeting patients and family's needs - Randi comes to mind. Each and every time I receive a patient from her the patient and family always tell me how wonderful Randi has been. Many times a patient has stated "Randi is a great nurse; She is so good at what she does."

A more recent case, and a great show of empathy, I received a patient that stated "I could not have gotten through without Randi. She held my hand and would talk to me to calm me down. She is a kind nurse."

Randi is always smiling and greeting/speaking to everyone she meets. If you are having a rough day, her positive attitude is infectious and will brighten your day. I am thankful to know Randi and to help continue the great care she gives to patients and families.
