As soon as I arrived at the Saint Luke's I had an emergency c-section for my 22-week preterm baby boy and Randi was with me every step of the way. She had me and my son's best interest at heart. She helped me make the hardest decisions of my life and just truly cared about me and my son. I wouldn't want any other nurse by my side. She genuinely cared and helped me with the process of losing my son. If it wasn't for her encouraging me to spend some time with him after his passing I probably would be in a worse state of mind. Her care meant a lot to me.
