Randi is a phenomenal nurse. She comes to work daily with the expectation of providing excellent patient care. Without a doubt, this is exactly what occurs. All her patients know her by name, and she always greets them with a smile and a kind word.
During the radiation special procedure, Randi is present holding their hands and providing patient-centered care. She sometimes arranges her time off around these procedures just to be sure that she is here to asset the patient through the procedure.
