Randiss took over care as my renal case manager. My previous case manager always went above and beyond, so the bar was set very high. From Day 1, Randiss has been an excellent communicator. She always returns calls, answers questions thoroughly, and has the most caring and friendly demeanor. We have had lots of frustrations with Kaiser, including my current admission. Randiss has always taken it upon herself to clarify any confusion by talking to doctors and setting up an organized plan. As my health has declined, I have needed more attention and Randiss has been thorough in ensuring that I am getting the best care. She set up my discharge plan for dialysis, with significant changes quickly, and made sure to clearly communicate the plan with my family. She said she thinks of how she would want her family treated and treats her patients that way. It's obvious that this is true as she has only provided the best care with kindness and compassion.
