Since 2017, CDR Randoshia Miller has served as the Co-lead of the Nurse Professional Advisory Committee's (N-PAC) Promotion Preparedness Workgroup, CDR Miller has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to advancing the careers of her fellow nurses.
CDR Miller has co-led teams comprising the 5-member Promotion Preparedness Workgroup and the 6-member N-PAC CV Review Team, where she epitomizes compassionate leadership, innovation, attention to detail, and consistency in her service to N-PAC. Her accomplishments include:
1. Developed, coordinated, and facilitated webinars, including co-creating/editing PowerPoint slides and questions/answers for the following:
a. Promotion and Mentoring with CDR Amy Fueling
b. The Promotion Process with CDR Janel Parham
c. Preparing for Promotion Success with Tracey Farrill
d. Leadership on Deployments with CAPT Margaret Bevans
2. Her innovative/creative ideas led to the development and implementation of the Recently Promoted Nurse panels, where attendees receive insights from nurse panelists across different agencies about their unique promotion processes.
3. Created a webinar on the N-PAC 2022 Benchmarks and the 2023 Promotion CV, meticulously highlighting the nuanced differences between the Nurse Category CV and the All-Category CV, providing invaluable insights to her peers.
4. Led a team of four to create N-PAC's first-ever example Curriculum Vitae (2021), Reviewing Official Statement (2023), and Officer Statement (2023).
