RaNette is the heart and soul of the Adolescent Clinic. Not only does she care for very complex patients and their families with tremendous compassion, patience, and humor, she also ensures that the providers and staff are also cared for, taking time to listen to their concerns about patient care and clinic flow, but also their lives outside of work. She pitches in wherever and whenever needed. She is a tremendous asset to the Adolescent Clinic. I don't know where we'd be without her.

RaNette always goes above and beyond for our patients and make sure that they are comfortable. She's always willing to help out rooming patients when MAs are in need of an extra hand. She's terrific at keeping our clinic flow go smoothly and safely. With my years of working with her, she is always optimistic and great to work with. She is someone whom I can talk to with ease if I am needing an answer regarding patient care or any other issues. She also loves showing pictures of her pets (which are mini donkeys and horses).
