Rani is an extraordinary nurse who provides compassionate care to all patients and their families. She takes care of her patients, as they were her own family. As the Chairperson of the Traumatic Brain Injury Unit Fall Committee, she has developed several initiatives to decrease the number of patient falls. She encourages teamwork and promotes a positive environment and she always has a big smile on her face.
