When I arrived, Raph was organised, efficient and completely on it when sorting everything out to get down to the theatre on time. I describe Raph’s manner like a butterfly. He fluttered around my room sorting things out item by item so efficiently I couldn’t even clock all the details he was attending to.

On my return, Raph was again completely on it, my TTAs appeared almost immediately and apart from a short delay waiting for physio coming to sign me off, seemingly I was still in and out of hospital having had a 2-hour spell in theatres within the same morning!
