My mom fell at home and broke her hip. She was scared and in a great deal of pain. She had to wait three days before surgery could be performed due to her blood thinners. By the second day, she was not only scared and in pain, but she was also becoming confused. Our nurse Raphael on the fifth floor made all the difference in her attitude and feelings of security while in the hospital. What a wonderful and caring individual, in fact, all the nurses on the fifth floor are exceptional, but Raphael is a cut above. We are very grateful.
