Raquel was my nurse for 2 days during a recent admission. She was attentive and truly cares about the patient's rights. One day, when I had some anxiety and felt anxious about having a procedure, Raquel was by my side the whole time. She even helped me explain my perspective with my family and provider. I am truly grateful that I had such a wonderful nurse during this tough time.
