Raquel was one of the best of all the nurse personnel with whom I have had contact during multiple major and minor surgeries over the last 25 years. She was extremely attentive to my physical comfort (the room was cold, and she quickly brought warming blankets), kept me advised of the scheduling status, and generally was a near-constant presence to make sure I (and my wife, who waited with me) had no concerns and were comfortable and aware of the timetable of what would occur. Likewise, after the procedure, she was attentive, made sure any needs I had were met, and consistently asked about my physical comfort, pain and any concerns I had, and so on. The easiest way to sum up her presence and actions is to say that she would do well as some of the concierges I have dealt with at high-end hotels such as The Biltmore and the Phoenician in Scottsdale, the Greenbriar in White Sulfur Springs, or Charleston Place in Charleston, South Carolina. She deserves to advance with you.
