I want to commend and praise Nurse Rashema Jones for her outstanding compassionate work with a patient who was agitated this morning. The previous day, a code 44 was called on this patient due to the patient’s violent and disruptive behavior towards staff. Nurse Rashema demonstrated extraordinary care by developing trust, giving emotional support, and showing professionalism.
