Rashko isan extraordinary nurse. He has been given some difficult situations and patient assignments in the intensive care unit and deals with them in the most professional manner. He is honestly one of the most caring people I've ever met. This is not only towards his patients and families, but staff members as well. He is always willing to help anybody no matter what the situation. Rashko excels at being a nurse and the ICU is extremely lucky to have him as a team member. The caring and compassion thathe exhibits towards his patients is a huge gift. He comes to work every day to make a difference for his patients, and never once do you hear him complain.His patients truly love him and they can tell how much he cares. He never gets flustered or overwhelmedand isalways ready to help. Everyone in the intensive care unit raves about how much he helps and how much they enjoy working with him. Rashko is truly passionateabout nursing and it shows through every day as he cares for his patients.
