She was just amazing and beyond thoughtful. I need a PCR admission and somehow I ended up in ER and then came to the clinic knowing I could have done the registration at the clinic reception. Rashmi apologized 10 times even though It was a misunderstanding on my side. She carried all my stuff to the Ward and assisted me to settle in. She went twice back and forth to the clinic to get a cream for my child's hand before the cannula. Simply she went beyond to ensure that I and my child are comfortable.
