Raul truly made a difference for our family during one of the most difficult times of our lives. My father was admitted to the ICU after undergoing brain tumor removal surgery, and Raul went above and beyond to care for him.

He was not only attentive and gentle with my father’s medical needs, but he also took the time to keep us, his family, informed and reassured. He patiently listened to all of our concerns, answered our questions with clarity, and always made sure we felt heard and supported.
