Raul Torres was very quick to get the meds that I needed to be ordered. He was very friendly and let us know everything he was doing. He even conveyed his empathy and related to me on a personal level.
Raul has a friendly demeanor and a wonderful bedside manner. He clearly has concern for the patients coming into the ER and is eager to help as soon as he can. Unfortunately, I come into the ER frequently - it is so nice to have such an efficient, kind - and even fun - nurse to take care of me!
