We appreciate the personal care and service we received from Raven. She provided help and care for my family in this difficult time. She was so personal and at the same time very caring toward my wife.
My family arrived at the GSAM with my 88-year-old Mom who had multiple medical problems. Initially, she was doing so much better, it was clear the love, attention, and care she was getting helped her. Very quickly she took a turn for the worse requiring much attention from the nurses. We found out she qualified for hospice. Then we had the painful decision of nursing care at home or putting her in a nursing home. We as a family chose the latter due to having enough people to handle her safely. Within a few hours of that decision, her health declined rapidly and in three very long days, she died. Through this tough time, Raven was amazing, informative, and kind. She walked all 6 of us through the death process with hospice at the hospital. She talked to us individually and as a group. She regularly checked in and asked about my dad. It was my dad who said we have to fill this out for Raven about one hour after my mom died. He said, "We appreciate the personal care and service we received from Raven. She provided help and care for my family in this difficult time. She was so personal and at the same time very caring toward my wife. Thank you, Raven, you made all the difference to us by being so kind and that will never be forgotten."
