Raven was extremely kind and compassionate to my family during my son's recovery. She was very prompt and she was quick to make sure that my 17 month old was comfortable and she made sure that his medication was given on time. Raven smiled and comforted my son and she was very patient. She made sure that I was well informed about each procedure, side effect, and outcome. She remained pleasant no matter the time of day and she gave my son space when he needed it. She brought my son bubbles, which prompted him to say the first word he'd spoken in days. She brought the wagon so that he could get out and get some fresh air and I got my first cuddle since he became sick. Raven went above and beyond to make my son feel better and she even got him to give her a high five before he was released.
