Ravyn is one of the baby nurses on our unit, but she is amazing. Ravyn gives the best patient care and will work circles around the others. I know when she is working with me that she will have my back, and we make a great team. She is always willing to come in and help out when we are short-staffed and need extra hands.

I could not ask for a better coworker than Ravyn. She is always willing to help others, no matter how busy she is, most of the time without you even having to ask her for help. She has amazing bedside manner, and patients love her. She hasn't been on our unit very long but has earned a vast knowledge of how to manage many OB emergencies while remaining calm and in control of the situation. She advocates for her patients and has a positive impact on every shift she works.

Ravyn is always willing to jump into any situation and lend a helping hand. She is a newer nurse, but I know when I am working with her, we can handle it. Patients have requested her to care for them multiple shifts in a row. She has a great rapport with them and really advocates for them.
