I had to spend half the day in the ER due to an extremely painful kidney stone. I could barely speak; I was in so much pain! From the moment Ravyn came to get me from the waiting room, Ravyn exuded nothing but kindness, patience, empathy, and understanding that helped me stay calm through the pain and subsequent examination. She answered all of our questions, made sure I was as comfortable as possible, and helped advocate for me to get immediate pain and nausea relief as quickly as possible. I know it's hard to work on the holidays, but Ravyn handled it with grace.
