Ray Broadway, BSN, RN, CMSRN

Ray is an amazing night ANM on 7D. He truly cares about all the patients on the floor. Even though he is charge, he still checks on everyone with no problem at all. Ray is first to help anyone who needs it as well as help change, feed, etc. for a CNA who might be too busy at the time. He carries such a positive attitude to work with him every shift. He inspires me to be the best version of myself no matter how hard it might be at times. He is always there for his fellow employees if they need to talk or just vent in general. I hope I am half the nurse Ray is when I graduate school.
