I would like to commend RN Ray John for his exemplary work in the ED. He is very attentive to the needs of his patients and has always shown TLC at every patient encounter. His co-workers appreciate him as he always offers help to everyone. Very approachable and always smiles whenever faced with challenges. As a team leader, he is very dependable, and you can be assured that the shift will go well and that the unit is in good hands. He deserves to be awarded with such a distribution. He poses the true essence and character.
