Sorry, but Ray is my favorite. I'll tell you why. He was with a nurse who was precepting him, I believe. Her and my personality did not work! She was very thorough and knowledgeable, but we didn't work. He caught her almost every time she put things wrong or said something inappropriate or upsetting to me. I am on disability for Bipolar I, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, bipolar depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, etcetera. I can't deal with someone like that. It felt like she was attacking me and that she thought I was lying. She was so much that I was ready to leave, sick and all. He is the main reason I stayed! He made me feel safe and heard, even if he couldn't change anything that needed changing. He did what he could to help the situation and keep everyone on a level. If this man is training and can do this, he will be a powerhouse as he grows. Keep him! Promote him! Thank you so much, Ray! He needs 10 DAISY Awards!

Thank you, Ray, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
