My wife had a simple procedure and Ray was her nurse. Oh my goodness what an awesome bedside manner! Friendly, Informative, and transparent! Ray's demeanor instilled comfort in my wife. The level of personal care Ray provided put my mind at ease that my wife was in good hands. Ray took us through the procedure step by step to ensure we understood the information. When he had difficulty starting an IV he did not hesitate to call on a co-worker to provide assistance which in turn needed some additional assistance to start the IV.
