When my mother was in CCU, she was in really bad shape. I was very upset and discouraged. All the staff and doctors painted a pretty grim outcome. Except for Ray, he encouraged me and explained things to me in a way that gave me hope! My mother surprised everyone, she survived and is doing well. She is a miracle! Thank God and thank you, Ray! He cares about all of his patients and gives 110 percent. He treats everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion.
