Raychelle is always someone who checks to make sure that everyone is okay. One example that comes to mind is a time when I was beginning to learn my responsibilities for being a CNA. One of the night shift CNAs got upset about something that I hadn't completed before I left for the day. Though I was sad, Raychelle was quick to make sure I was ok and also gave me a checklist to help me know more about what I was supposed to complete. This made me feel like it was okay that I made a mistake because everyone makes mistakes. Raychelle made me feel like I was a part of the Telemetry team.
