My mom was admitted to CoxHealth Branson in June. At that time there were no visitors being allowed. My mother was very sick and had just been diagnosed with leukemia and we were frustrated not being able to see her and get information, as we would have liked. Raylene stepped in, passed our concerns and questions to the doctors and staff, and set up daily reports for us. She was compassionate, understood what we were feeling, and recognized the frustration in not being present with my mom. She made me feel much more comfortable with the care that my mom was receiving. We absolutely loved her and felt like she was an angel in disguise, sent to us by God.
