Ray was very compassionate with our parent and provided exceptional care for the patient as well as the family. He was astute to the technical equipment while also ensuring he answered all our questions. He offered support even when we were sure he had plenty of other patients to care for and other work to do. Ray also provided oral care, attention to his skincare and basic things while pursuing what was best for our loved one’s comfort. We were faced with making all the tough decisions with Ray’s gentle way of providing all the info we needed, even though it was a most difficult decision. Ray stayed with us to the end.
